so it's sunday.  i'm back to eating normal and the bathroom fireworks have subsided completely.  not sure if anything i wrote will be of any use to anyone or if it'll give anyone any insight whatsoever into the master cleanse thing, but *shrug*  take from it what you will. 

didn't go the full 10 days.  still on the fence over how smart going the full 10 days and more is, but hey...  it's an interesting experience whether you did it 1 day, 3 days, 5 or 10 i figure. 

mmmm... food.  where we goin for dinner this wed gang?
